This is an on-demand course series, free for Embodia Members, on the theme of pelvic health covering various sessions presented by a diverse spectrum of health professionals.
From pelvic floor exercises (beyond kegels) to yin yoga and sensorimotor dysregulation, this series will provide you with valuable knowledge to add to your clinical toolbox to optimize care for your patients.

This course series is free for Embodia Members and available for all healthcare professionals and is intended for those interested in pelvic health.
All of our patients have a pelvis, so even if you are in orthopaedic practice, this series is applicable.
It is critical that all orthopaedic, sports medicine, and pelvic health professionals recognize and have skills to address the relationship of the pelvis with the rest of the body.
