Overview

Join Cheryl Wylie, Certified Vestibular Physiotherapist, in this 3-hour on-demand course to learn how to assess and treat the most common cause of vertigo, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV).

BPPV is a condition of the inner ear which causes episodes of dizziness, vertigo and imbalance. It can be a large risk factor for falls and can greatly degrades one quality of life. As our population ages, there is more demand for management of this condition, which has changed the scope of practitioners treating it. Not all therapists are interested in taking post-graduate courses to learn the full scope of vestibular rehabilitation, but many understand the importance of recognizing BPPV, and the value of being able to resolve it. Take this opportunity to learn about BPPV in its full capacity and add this to your toolkit to help a greater population.
